Designed for the most experienced students at the Fifty/50 Academy, the Expert program approaches Jiu-Jitsu through the lens of Ryan Hall’s personal game and is specially structured to guide each student to their full potential as a grappler.

Women's Jiu-Jitsu
Structured to achieve maximum comfort for females interested in pursuing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this class offers a relaxed, non-threatening environment ideal for the beginner or intermediate student to grow and learn quickly under the guidance of experienced and highly-accomplished female instructors.

Wrestling
A critical skill in both Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and self-defense, wrestling is a fundamental part of the training at Fifty/50.

Open Mat
A moderated free training period where students of all levels may hone the skills they have learned during the week through collaboration with their teammates and coaches.
