Training With Jeff Curran
Ryan Hall is in Crystal Lake, IL this week to help MMA superstar Jeff “The Big Frog” Curran as he prepares to take on dangerous Japanese fighter, Tomohiko Hori, in XFO 34.
Coming off of a first round TKO of Dustin Neace at Strikeforce only 2 weeks ago, Jeff is looking to notch another victory and step back into the title picture for the WEC at 135 lbs. This is a unique opportunity for Ryan, as he is able to help out a friend while learning what it’s like to train for a bigtime MMA event.
Training is going great so far and Jeff is looking sharp. Media day is Thursday and weigh-ins are on Friday, with Jeff needing to drop 13 more pounds to make 135. Stay tuned for training updates and results.
