50/50 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

A fresh group iron-manned it through a 40+ student gauntlet of their teammates to earn their new ranks. Each individual had been offered the opportunity to take the test by our instructors not only because they had demonstrated the necessary technical ability to hold their prospective rank, but also because they had internalized the values of dedication, hard work, and toughness that our academy was founded on.

Head Instructor Ryan Hall graduated a total of 11 students to new ranks to close out 2012. Everyone performed well during the test and many of those promoted had experienced a good deal of competitive success at their old rank. With continued dedication and the support of their teammates and coaches, we look forward to each newly promoted athlete working hard to earn the same respect at their new level that they enjoyed at their former.
