Michelle Nicolini (Multiple time Black Belt IBJJF World Champion) Teaching a Women ONLY Seminar
BJJ Black Belt and Kaijin MMA head instructor, Paul Schreiner, stopped into Fifty/50 to teach another seminar this evening. Paul has an incredible amount of experience as both a competitor and an instructor, making him an extremely valuable resource. He is a multiple-time international medalist and US Open champion, in addition to serving as Cung Le’s MMA coach and cornering fighters in top-level promotions such as Dream and Strikeforce.
At his last seminar, Paul covered control and finishing from the crucifix. The position quickly became popular among the students at the gym. Tonight, he moved on to attacking from the bottom of the half guard, covering armlocks, the oma plata, and a nasty twist sweep that’s being put into use at the top levels in both BJJ and mixed martial arts.
Overall, it was another great opportunity for everyone at Fifty/50 to expand their knowledge, and at only $20, there was no excuse to miss it. Thanks, Paul!
