After a week of teaching in Tennessee, Ryan Hall made the trip up to Montreal, Canada for the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Trials where he was able to put on a dominant performance in the <65kg brown/black belt division, earning a trip to the World Pro Final in the United Arab Emirates in April.

The brackets were filled with accomplished black belts hoping to earn their spot in the world’s most prestigious no-gi tournament, the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC) Submission Wrestling World Championship.

Training In NorCal For The ADCC Trials…
Thursday, May 21st, 2009I want to extend a huge “thank you” to Paul Schreiner and Garth Taylor for having me out to Santa Cruz to train for the week prior to the ADCC Trials. The opportunity to work with and learn from them again was an awesome experience that I feel made a really positive impact on my result at the Trials.
