Athlete internship
Fifty/50 is excited to announce that we are opening a limited number of part-time positions for applicants interested in taking their BJJ or MMA skills to the top. Those with a goal of National or International success may apply today for the opportunity to learn from UFC Fighter Ryan Hall, while simultaneously earning wages working at the Fifty/50 Academy.
Chosen applicants will be able to participate in Invite-only Professional BJJ and MMA training Mon-Fri from 12:30-3pm; working alongside Ryan Hall and other special guests in private or small-group style training.
In addition, the chosen applicants will receive free Unlimited Training at the Fifty/50 Academy (a value of up to $250 per month), including participating in Ryan Hall’s Advanced BJJ classes, Wrestling & Judo classes taught by 2016 All-American David Terao, among others.
Lastly, any applicant of Purple Belt Rank or above may teach an unlimited number of private lessons outside of specified work hours. All profits earned for private lessons are paid directly to the instructor.
Martial Arts Requirements:
Self-Motivated
Disciplined
Hard-Working
Minimum 4 years experience in BJJ or MMA, or significant competition experience in another combative sport (i.e. Kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo, Muay Thai, et al.)
BJJ Applicants must be a Blue Belt+ (Preference for those with IBJJF Medals in the Adult Division at Blue or above)
MMA Applicants must have at least 3 fights and a winning record or significant competition experience in another combat sport
Work Opportunities Include:
Front desk/Sales - $15 per hour
Youth Martial Arts Coach - $15-25 per hour depending on experience
Adult Martial Arts Coach - $20-30 per hour depending on experience
Available hours range from 4-15 hours per week depending on your availability & experience. Please indicate in your cover letter for which positions you are interested in applying.
